The colon is a vital component of your body and having a clean colon is important to your overall well-being. Even the bible refers to the colon as the seat of the personality. Taking Care of Your Body, Your Temple

According to 1 Corinthians 3:16, 17 "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
